This meditation is for kinesthetic and cognitive people. Essentially you will be 'only walking, while walking'. Find a place in nature to do your walk. Taking mindful, slow, calm steps - walk 10 steps in one direction, stop and take 3 deep breathes, then walk 10 steps back to the starting point. Once you are comfortable with the concept you can walk longer distances and stay focused.
