This meditation is for visual and cognitive people. You will work quickly through the chakras (energy centres of the body) and visualize / imagine the colours of each chakra. This focus on the colour in the area of the body assists in the clearing and balancing process.

There are 7 main chakras (energy centres of the body):
Base - located at the base of the spine - RED
Sacral - located at the lower abdomen - ORANGE
Solar Plexus - located at the stomach - YELLOW
Heart - located at the heart - GREEN & PINK
Throat - located at the throat - BLUE
Third Eye - located at between the eyebrows - PURPLE
Crown - located at the top of the head - WHITE
